After God comes family and neighbors, for truly your family is included in the commandment "Love thy neighbor" which Jesus spoke of in the New Testament. PASTOR JOHN has said this as one of the basic acts of being a Christian at both BRINGING BACK GOD churches. Love thy neighbor, help thy neighbor. Your family is the same as your neighbors, and your neighbors should be the same as family. Jesus said, in continuing the commandments "And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." (Mark 12:31, KJV). So putting your family and neighbors before yourself is the way Jesus was teaching us to act as Christians.
Finally, you come last. Putting yourself first is selfish. It isn't the way to get to heaven, and isn't that what is supposed to happen at the end of our lives here on earth? We are given the choice while here that our actions put us on the path to heaven or to hell. Putting yourself first puts you on the fast train straight to hell. Isn't it easier to put God first? Then be concerned for others, then yourself. If you put what you do in priority, it needs to be God, family, then you.
